Telemarketing Specialist

About the role

The Telemarketing Specialist will work on‑site in Nasr City, making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce Misr Information Technology’s services, qualify leads, and arrange appointments for the sales team. This full‑time position requires a professional telephone manner and the ability to handle objections while delivering accurate information.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls following prepared scripts.
• Qualify leads, handle objections, and schedule sales appointments.
• Update customer records and log call outcomes in the CRM system.
• Track individual and team performance against targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and provide feedback on customer responses.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and clear telephone etiquette.
• Basic sales and persuasion abilities, with a focus on meeting defined targets.
• Customer‑service mindset, including active listening and problem‑solving.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time effectively, and stay motivated in a target‑driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.

Required skills
