Telesales Executive

About the role

Danat Travels is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join its dynamic sales team in Nasr City, Cairo. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, promoting travel products, and driving revenue through outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to promote travel packages, fares, and special promotions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Provide accurate and up‑to‑date information about travel products, ensuring customers understand the value proposition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain detailed customer records and update the CRM system after each interaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as operations and finance to guarantee smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably within the travel industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to team goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems for customer management.
