Telesales Executive – Gulf Market

About the role

As a Telesales Executive for the Gulf market, you will be the voice of Yalla Plus, turning prospects into satisfied customers. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while building strong relationships and delivering value‑added solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle – lead generation, cold calling, product demos, follow‑ups and closing.
• Drive revenue growth by converting leads into paying customers and meeting monthly targets.
• Build trust with prospects through consultative, customer‑first conversations.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Yalla Plus solutions and communicate their value.
• Continuously improve call quality, objection handling and closing rates through coaching.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, business development or similar customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence handling objections and guiding conversations toward positive outcomes.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and target‑driven.
• Experience selling services, subscriptions or digital products.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Background in startup or fast‑paced environments.
