About the role
The Telesales Executive will focus on renewing existing customers' course subscriptions, driving conversion rates and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the renewal journey. This role combines proactive outreach, data‑driven strategy, and personalized customer interaction to support the company's growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to present course renewal options and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain regular follow‑up to understand learning needs and recommend tailored renewal solutions.
- Monitor student progress and analyze performance data to develop effective renewal strategies.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to identify and address customer needs.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with a positive, results‑oriented mindset.
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on performance and commission.
