Telesales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to drive sales for our real‑estate marketplace. The role involves contacting prospects by phone, presenting our services, and converting leads into customers while maintaining strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers using scripts to inform them about products or services.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Take and process orders accurately.
• Handle grievances to protect the company's reputation.
• Meet sales quota and support future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a sales/customer service role.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool‑tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
