Telesales – Lead Qualification Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telesales professional to be the first point of contact for prospects generated by our marketing campaigns. You will quickly engage leads, collect essential business information, and determine their fit for our Al‑Ameen ERP solution, before handing qualified opportunities over to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new leads within 5–15 minutes via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Use a standardized questionnaire to qualify prospects, gathering data on company size, activity, existing systems, pain points, required modules, budget, timeline, and decision‑makers.
• Classify each lead as Qualified, Disqualified, Needs Follow‑up, or Unreachable.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, logging call notes, communication history, and lead status.
• Schedule product demos or meetings with the appropriate Account Executive and provide a concise qualification summary.
• Redirect non‑ready leads back to marketing nurture tracks and document reasons for disqualification.
• Prepare weekly reports on lead volume, quality, sources, and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in lead generation, SDR, telesales or inside sales.
• Strong verbal communication and objection‑handling skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into software requirements.
• Experience in the software/ERP sector is a plus.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
