About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to drive course renewal sales. You will engage existing learners, understand their progress, and propose tailored renewal options to boost conversion and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Contact existing customers to present course renewal options and increase conversion rates.
Maintain regular follow‑up to assess learning needs and recommend personalized renewal solutions.
Monitor student progress, analyse performance data and develop renewal strategies.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns and ensure high satisfaction throughout the renewal process.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to identify and address customer needs.
Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with a results‑oriented mindset.
Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on performance and commission.
