Telesales Representative – Course Renewal

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to drive course renewal sales. You will engage existing learners, understand their progress, and propose tailored renewal options to boost conversion and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to present course renewal options and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain regular follow‑up to assess learning needs and recommend personalized renewal solutions.
- Monitor student progress, analyse performance data and develop renewal strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns and ensure high satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to identify and address customer needs.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on performance and commission.
