About the role

Join 51Talk, a global leader in online English education, as a Telesales Representative (Educational Advisor) based in Cairo. You will work directly with existing students and their families to secure course renewals, helping them continue their language learning journey.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to discuss renewal options and increase conversion rates.
• Follow up regularly to understand customer needs and recommend suitable renewal solutions.
• Monitor student progress, analyze usage data, and develop targeted renewal strategies.
• Handle inquiries throughout the renewal process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are welcome.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with a commission structure.
