Tour Operator – Full‑time, Cairo

About the role

The Tour Operator will work on‑site in Cairo, planning and coordinating guided tours for individuals and groups. The role combines itinerary design, reservation management and client support to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and customise travel itineraries, handling all bookings for hotels, transport and local services.
• Liaise with hotels, transport providers and tour guides to ensure smooth execution from arrival to departure.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate travel information and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote tour packages, support sales initiatives and contribute ideas for service improvement.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian destinations, attractions and cultural highlights.
• Proven experience in organising guided tours and managing on‑the‑ground operations.
• Excellent customer‑service abilities, with a solution‑focused approach to complaints.
• Fluent French (additional languages a plus) and strong communication skills.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tours simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
