Travel Consultant – Airline Ticketing Specialist

About the role

Abou Samra Travel is expanding its Corporate Travel team and seeks a skilled Travel Consultant specialized in airline ticketing. You will work from our Tahrir branch, supporting corporate clients with end‑to‑end ticketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Process airline reservations, ticket issuance, re‑issues, refunds and exchanges using Amadeus GDS.
• Provide accurate and timely support to corporate and business travelers.
• Manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in airline ticketing and reservations.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Amadeus GDS.
• Solid knowledge of ticketing processes (issuance, re‑issue, refunds, exchanges).
• Previous experience in corporate/business travel is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and pay close attention to detail.
