Logistics Operations Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

GoZagel is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to oversee daily shipping activities, manage courier communications, confirm payments, and maintain accurate CRM records. This remote position supports both domestic and international logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate shipment labels, review details, and book courier pickups.
• Follow up with couriers on pickups, delays, rates, and delivery updates.
• Handle courier inquiries, complaints, and invoice reconciliation.
• Make operational calls to resolve shipment issues or missing information.
• Create and update online payment invoices, confirm customer payments, and support basic bookkeeping.
• Process refunds by verifying shipment and payment status.
• Prepare ad performance reports and manage limited inbound sales calls.
• Update Zoho CRM stages, notes, tasks, and maintain the internal knowledge base.
• Send daily briefings on completed tasks, pending cases, and urgent matters.

Required profile

• Very good Arabic communication skills and solid English reading/writing ability.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, responsible, and proactive in follow‑up.
• Honest and trustworthy when handling payment confirmations.
• Previous experience in logistics, e‑commerce operations, customer support, admin work, or payment follow‑up is preferred.
