About the role
We are seeking a motivated Travel Consultant to handle flight reservations for our client’s customers in Cairo. The role involves providing accurate booking assistance and delivering excellent service through a rotating shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Process flight reservations using the Amadeus GDS system.
- Assist customers with hotel bookings when required.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently under pressure.
- Work rotating 8‑hour shifts, including two days off per week.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in flight reservations or a travel call centre.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Customer‑service mindset with ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotating shift schedules.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Amadeus GDS.
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems (a plus).
