Treasury Accountant

About the role

Hyde Park Developments is hiring a full-time Treasury Accountant in New Cairo City. The role covers day-to-day cash management, bank reconciliations, treasury reporting and supporting financial modelling.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update daily cash position reports and monitor cash flows across company accounts.
• Process daily banking transactions, including payments, collections, cheques, wire transfers and cash deposits.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and follow up on bounced cheques and under-collections.
• Research and compare bank rates for Treasury Bills and time deposits to support investment decisions.
• Assist in monitoring banking facilities, cash flow gaps and fund utilization.
• Support financial modelling, including NPV calculations and basic cash flow analysis.
• Prepare periodic treasury reports on cash positions, income, expenses and liquidity.
• Coordinate with banks, financing companies and internal departments to keep treasury operations running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate treasury records and support internal controls and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Finance or Corporate Banking.
• Previous experience in real estate or construction is an advantage.
