Treasury Associate Manager

About the role

Hyde Park Developments is looking for a Treasury Associate Manager in New Cairo City. The role covers cash and liquidity management, corporate finance and funding, banking relationships, risk and compliance, and treasury reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Cash, liquidity and treasury operations: monitor daily cash positions and liquidity needs, prepare and monitor short-, medium- and long-term cash flow forecasts, and oversee payments, collections, bank transfers and financing transactions.
• Corporate finance, funding and banking relationships: maintain relationships with banks, coordinate banking facilities, support negotiations of terms and credit facilities, and monitor balances, limits, maturities and covenants.
• Risk management and compliance: monitor liquidity, foreign exchange and interest rate exposures, ensure compliance with treasury policies and banking covenants, and support internal and external audits.
• Reporting and process improvement: prepare treasury reports, analyse cash flow variances, improve processes and reporting tools, and coordinate treasury team activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance or Corporate Banking.
• Previous experience in the real estate or construction sector is preferred; candidates with Corporate Banking experience in the real estate sector are strongly encouraged to apply.
