Treasury Manager – Liquidity & Cash Management

About the role

We are seeking a Treasury Manager to act as the custodian of the organization’s liquidity and financial stability. The role involves overseeing cash flow, managing debt and financing arrangements, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short‑, medium‑ and long‑term cash flow models to ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Oversee daily cash positioning, fund transfers between entities, and working‑capital optimization.
• Manage existing credit facilities, ensure covenant compliance, and report on debt performance.
• Identify and evaluate funding options such as project finance, sukuk, bonds, or syndicated loans.
• Serve as primary contact for banking partners, negotiating terms and services.
• Monitor market volatility and implement interest‑rate and FX hedging strategies.
• Invest surplus cash in high‑yield, low‑risk vehicles according to corporate policy.
• Prepare Treasury MIS reports, liquidity statements, debt maturity profiles, and counter‑party risk assessments.
• Implement and optimize Treasury Management Systems to automate workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CMA or CFA.
• 10+ years of treasury experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
