Universal Banker – Retail Banking

About the role

The Universal Banker will operate at the Al Horeya branch, delivering front‑line cash and transaction services while driving customer acquisition and satisfaction. This role blends teller duties with proactive sales and digital channel education to support the bank’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash transactions through teller counters in a new branch model.
• Meet and exceed customer expectations for each interaction.
• Reduce customer attrition and minimize liability and service application rejections.
• Acquire new customers by selling products to walk‑ins.
• Own customer complaints and drive them to resolution.
• Introduce and educate customers on alternative banking channels and new digital technologies.
• Achieve personal banking product KPIs and cross‑sell other segment products.
• Ensure compliance with policies and processes aiming for zero operational losses.
• Improve branch service levels and handle complaints promptly.
• Serve customers of all demographics without bias.
• Collaborate with support units, CCU, and DBC to deliver a seamless experience.
