Utilities & Reliability Engineer

About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Utilities & Reliability Engineer to lead proactive reliability initiatives at its 6 October Factory in Egypt. You will work closely with maintenance, operations and engineering teams to improve asset performance and ensure a safe workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, Quantitative Preventive Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance across the site.
• Lead the creation and continuous improvement of engineering standards aimed at reducing costs and increasing asset reliability.
• Provide technical support to operations and engineering, liaise with external service providers, and generate performance and maintenance reports.
• Collect and analyse asset performance data and KPIs to guide improvement plans while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in industrial operations, preferably with CMMS exposure.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
