About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Utilities & Reliability Engineer to lead proactive reliability initiatives at its 6 October Factory in Egypt. You will work closely with maintenance, operations and engineering teams to improve asset performance and ensure a safe workplace.

Key responsibilities

Drive the implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, Quantitative Preventive Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance across the site.
Lead the creation and continuous improvement of engineering standards aimed at reducing costs and increasing asset reliability.
Provide technical support to operations and engineering, liaise with external service providers, and generate performance and maintenance reports.
Collect and analyse asset performance data and KPIs to guide improvement plans while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
3‑5 years of relevant experience in industrial operations, preferably with CMMS exposure.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
