Visa Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Visa Consultant to join our travel team in Heliopolis. The consultant will guide clients through visa requirements, prepare applications and ensure smooth processing for a variety of destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on visa eligibility, required documentation and application procedures for multiple countries.
• Review client documents, complete and submit visa applications to consulates and embassies.
• Coordinate with diplomatic missions, track application status and provide timely updates to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all applications and stay informed about changes in immigration regulations.
• Collaborate with the travel planning team to integrate visa services into overall trip itineraries.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues related to visa processing.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of visa and immigration processes, including basic immigration procedures.
• Experience in consulting, preferably within visa or immigration services.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
• Ability to work on‑site in Heliopolis and represent the company professionally.
• Relevant diploma or degree; prior experience in travel or tourism is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital documentation tools.
