About the role
ETISAL International is seeking enthusiastic Voice and Non‑Voice agents to join its English‑speaking Business Setup Account in Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position involves interacting with customers via phone and written channels while delivering high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls in English.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat or other non‑voice platforms.
- Develop and follow business plans to meet service targets.
- Analyse interaction data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
Required profile
- Graduates with a minimum English proficiency of B1.
- Willingness to work rotation shifts.
- Strong commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction.
