Wholesale Manager

About the role

The Wholesale Manager will drive profitable sales growth within Egypt’s wholesale channel, aligning with Grohe’s mission and corporate objectives. This role is responsible for expanding market share, strengthening brand presence, and managing a network of key accounts and dealers across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance of the wholesale channel and contribute to strategic planning for its development.
• Monitor key account performance against targets and KPIs, and define plans to boost brand loyalty.
• Set expansion plans for key accounts and ensure a healthy geographical distribution of dealers.
• Coordinate with regional sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and increase shop‑floor traffic.
• Analyze sales data (sell‑out, stock movement, margins, product mix) and produce weekly progress reports for management.
• Align with senior leadership on mid‑ and long‑term strategies and ensure local implementation complies with corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• 6‑8 years of experience in a comparable sales or wholesale management role, preferably in building materials or related industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to manage external relationships and key stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of the Egyptian market and ability to inspire teams.
