Workforce Management Analyst (WFM L2)

About the role

TP Systems is looking for a Level‑2 Workforce Management Analyst to join its team in Egypt. You will help drive workforce planning, process improvement and operational excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze workforce and operational data to improve efficiency and performance.
• Support workforce planning, forecasting and resource optimisation.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR and IT to implement WFM solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support on WFM tools and best practices.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative workforce management solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection and information‑security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in workforce management.
• Hands‑on experience with Alvaria/Aspect is mandatory.
