About the role
TP Systems is looking for a Level‑2 Workforce Management Analyst to join its team in Egypt. You will help drive workforce planning, process improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze workforce and operational data to improve efficiency and performance.
- Support workforce planning, forecasting and resource optimisation.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR and IT to implement WFM solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support on WFM tools and best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative workforce management solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection and information‑security standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- At least 2 years of experience in workforce management.
- Hands‑on experience with Alvaria/Aspect is mandatory.
