Accounting Manager – Retail & F&B

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and develop our financial operations within the retail and food‑and‑beverage sector. The successful candidate will ensure accurate reporting, maintain robust accounting records, and support strategic decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations and guarantee precise financial reporting.
• Manage general ledger activities and maintain proper accounting records.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Supervise inventory processes to ensure stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights for decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations and local laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or F&B.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and deliver actionable insights.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP system.
