B2B Tour Operator (Hybrid, Cairo)

About the role

Egypt Experts Co. is seeking a motivated B2B Tour Operator to join its hybrid team in Cairo. You will act as the main liaison between the company and travel agencies, ensuring smooth execution of guided tours, reservations, and tailored travel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate guided tours for B2B clients, from booking to post‑trip follow‑up.
• Handle reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
• Provide responsive customer service to travel agencies and partners.
• Identify sales opportunities, develop proposals, and close B2B travel contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize travel‑driven solutions that meet client needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in guided tours and travel & tourism operations.
• Strong background in customer service and reservations management.
• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in B2B travel services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with the Egyptian tourism market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
