BIM Coordinator – Landscape Architecture

About the role

Land Designers Egypt is seeking a full‑time BIM Coordinator specialized in landscape architecture to join its Giza office. The role will drive BIM processes, ensure coordination between architecture and MEP teams, and support the delivery of sustainable landscape projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage BIM workflows and maintain accurate models for landscape, architecture, and MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate design intent between architects, engineers, and landscape designers.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring models meet sustainability and design standards.
• Produce and update documentation for project delivery.
• Facilitate clash detection and resolution using BIM tools.

Required profile

• BIM coordination expertise with a recognized BIM certification.
• Architectural background and experience with landscape design and MEP systems.
• Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication for cross‑disciplinary teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture or a related field.
