BIM Technical Architect

About the role

Dar MAC Consultants is seeking a BIM Technical Architect to join its New Cairo office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling processes across multidisciplinary projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and validate construction drawings and BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with building services standards and construction codes.
• Collaborate closely with MEP, structural and architectural teams to resolve design challenges.
• Maintain BIM execution plans and deliver high‑quality BIM deliverables on schedule.
• Support project teams with 3D visualization and model coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited Egyptian university.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, building services and structural engineering principles.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and effective communication skills.
• Experience in an engineering consultancy environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM tools and technologies (e.g., Revit).
• 3D modeling and visualization expertise.
• Familiarity with construction standards, codes and practices.
