About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our client’s fast‑growing sales team. The role is fully remote and focuses on building a robust pipeline through high‑volume outbound outreach and relationship development. You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities that drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels.
- Design and execute multi‑channel outreach sequences, including cold calls, LinkedIn engagement and email campaigns.
- Identify, research and engage target accounts and decision‑makers that match the ideal customer profile.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria and advance suitable opportunities through the sales process.
- Utilise LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source contacts, map accounts and personalise outreach.
- Maintain accurate activity, lead status and pipeline data in the CRM.
- Test and refine messaging, call approaches and sequencing to improve conversion rates.
- Gather market intelligence on prospects, competitors and industry trends.
Required profile
- 2–3+ years of experience in business development, sales development or outbound sales.
- Proven track record of owning pipeline generation in an individual‑contributor role.
- Strong background in multi‑channel outbound outreach, including cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach and cold calling.
- Confidence in making regular cold calls as a core activity.

- CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach)
