About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Chat Customer Service Specialist to join our on‑site team in Cairo. You will be the text‑based voice of our brand, delivering fast, friendly, and effective support to customers through live‑chat channels while driving sales and loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat, providing prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
- Identify needs and upsell or cross‑sell products and services to meet sales targets.
- Record all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless experiences.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and promotions.
- Share insights and best practices to foster a positive team environment.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to help and persuade customers.
- Customer‑focused mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive attitude toward problem solving and continuous learning.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM software.
