About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our team in Maadi, Cairo. You will be responsible for initiating sales conversations, understanding customer needs, and promoting our training programs.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate outbound phone calls to potential customers and introduce EYouth Learning programs.
- Engage customers by asking relevant questions, actively listening, and documenting their information, payment details, and feedback.
- Generate repeat sales by matching program offerings to customer requirements.
- Stay informed about all available training programs and communicate new offerings.
- Answer customer inquiries, handle objections, and provide accurate information about our services.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to engage customers meaningfully.
- Resilience in handling rejection and managing stress.
- Prior sales experience in the education sector is a plus.
Required skills
- Effective telephone communication.
- Active listening and questioning techniques.
- Customer relationship management.
What we offer
- Full‑time permanent position.
- Hybrid work model: office presence in Maadi with up to 4 remote days per month.
- Two days off per week (Friday and Saturday).
