Concurrent Planner – Supply Planning (French Speaker)

About the role

The Concurrent Planner (Supply Planner) will join Nestlé Egypt's Planning Service Center to ensure product availability across the supply network while optimizing total delivered cost. This role requires a strong customer‑centric mindset, fluency in French, and the ability to balance service levels with cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee the right stock of fresh finished and semi‑finished goods at appropriate locations, optimizing service levels and costs.
• Challenge market demand plans, improve demand planning accuracy (DPA) and bias.
• Lead allocation, arbitration and decision‑making for markets in line with business rules.
• Coordinate contingency sourcing and participate in crisis‑management committees.
• Act as escalation point for regional, market and factory partners, ensuring effective cross‑functional communication.
• Identify and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives aligned with DSP Excellence principles.
• Build, motivate and develop a multinational team, fostering a culture of collaboration and succession planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand or supply planning.
• At least 5 years of people‑management experience with proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or Economics (required); Master’s or MBA preferred.
