Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead on‑site construction activities from start to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day construction operations on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, quality standards and HSE policies.
• Review and implement construction methodologies, work plans and resource allocation.
• Supervise subcontractors and verify contractual compliance.
• Assist procurement, reviewing technical submissions and material approvals.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and manage variations, claims and contractual matters.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of site activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 8–12 years of construction experience with proven site‑management expertise.
• Experience delivering commercial, residential or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards and regulations.
