Contract Manager (M/F)

About the role

TSO, a subsidiary of the French NGE Group, is seeking a Contract Manager to support the construction and renovation of rail infrastructure projects across Europe and internationally. The role involves ensuring contractual compliance, managing claims and variations, and supporting commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor project contracts, reviewing conditions, specifications and identifying contractual risks.
• Draft, review and supervise all contractual correspondence with clients, consultants and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with timelines.
• Prepare, evaluate and manage Extension of Time (EOT) claims, disruption, prolongation and additional cost claims, providing detailed documentation.
• Manage variation orders and change requests, assessing commercial impact and negotiating with clients and engineers.
• Draft, review and administer subcontract agreements, monitoring compliance and handling subcontractor claims.
• Support commercial performance by identifying opportunities and risks, participating in project meetings and providing contractual advice.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of contract administration in construction or rail infrastructure projects.
• Experience in claims, dispute avoidance and resolution, and variation management.
• Ability to coordinate with technical, planning, procurement and site teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail.
