About the role
Boutiqaat is seeking a CRM Retention Marketing Lead to head its Egypt‑based CRM team. You will design and execute data‑driven, personalized campaigns across multiple channels, aiming to boost customer loyalty and lifetime value.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Egypt CRM team, ensuring smooth daily campaign execution.
- Develop segmentation strategies, lifecycle marketing plans, and retention‑focused campaigns.
- Deploy multi‑channel campaigns via email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in‑app messaging.
- Oversee quality assurance and content marketing across web, app, digital, and CRM channels.
- Analyze customer data to uncover upselling, cross‑selling, and reactivation opportunities.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and regional marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging, creative assets, and send times.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and data‑privacy regulations.
- Support strategic planning and forecasting for CRM activities.
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a results‑driven culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (reading and writing).
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM, retention or lifecycle marketing within e‑commerce or consumer‑focused businesses.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms such as Clevertap or Insider.
- Strong analytical abilities, including customer segmentation, A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
