Customer Service Representative (English Speaking)

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its New Cairo site. You will be part of a global leader in customer experience, providing technical support and digital solutions to well‑known brands.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer care and technical support in English.
• Work on‑site at the Plaza, City Walk location.
• Participate in rotational shifts, including special night shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve inquiries efficiently.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (B2/C1 level).
• Recent graduate with no prior experience required.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site and adapt to shift rotations.
• Team‑player attitude.
