About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our call‑center teams in Egypt. The position requires providing assistance to customers in English (minimum B2 level) and can be performed on either morning or night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers in English to address their inquiries.
- Deliver service according to company guidelines and quality standards.
- Escalate more complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
Required profile
- Graduates or undergraduates.
- Fluent in English (B2 level).
- No prior experience required.
Required skills
- English language proficiency (B2).
