About the role
Join a dynamic team that values relationship building, problem‑solving and exceeding customer expectations. As a Sales Support Advisor (Advisor I) you will interact with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls or online channels to sell basic products and services while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer orders and sales transactions accurately.
- Provide product and service information to prospects and existing customers.
- Sell client products and services through phone and internet interactions.
- Deliver basic customer service support and resolve inquiries.
- Handle inbound and outbound call flows in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Fluent English (B2‑C1 level).
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize workload.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night and overnight schedules.
- Immediate availability to start.
