Cybersecurity Lead – Security Services

About the role

The Cybersecurity Lead will drive growth and delivery of IBM's Cyber Security Services (CSS) practice. You will act as a thought leader, sales champion, and delivery owner, ensuring that security solutions are sold, implemented, and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑geographic teams to create content that supports deal generation.
• Represent the practice at conferences, author white papers, and deliver client presentations to raise IBM’s security brand.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of security engagements, guaranteeing that sold solutions are executed to client satisfaction.
• Drive security order booking and achieve revenue targets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to expand the security services portfolio.
• Lead a community of security practitioners, fostering knowledge sharing and practice improvement.

Required profile

• Proven track record in security thought leadership, sales/pre‑sales, and delivery within a consulting environment.
• Experience in management consulting or systems integration at a top‑tier professional services firm.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong personal billability record delivering client projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; fluent English required (Danish preferred).
