Data Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate Manager – Bangkok (relocation)

About the role

Agoda is looking for analytical talent to join its data‑driven Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on experiments, predictive modelling and performance reporting to help optimise campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad‑campaign structures, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor and Trivago.
• Analyse large data sets from experiments, build predictive models (e.g., TV‑campaign impact, price elasticity) and collaborate with product teams on implementation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, surface insights and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support reporting, analysis and insight generation to identify growth levers for Agoda’s marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business roles within a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to make data‑driven decisions quickly and take ownership of projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
• Experience using visualisation platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
