Deputy Chief Industrial Auditor

About the role

The Deputy Chief Industrial Auditor supports the HSEQ and Industrial Audit framework by ensuring that operations and processes comply with management system requirements. The role leads audit activities, manages a team, and drives continuous improvement across entities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare audit scope, agenda and conduct audits, including leading interviews and collecting evidence.
• Prepare, distribute and follow‑up audit reports, evaluating post‑audit action plans.
• Monitor execution of corrective actions and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in developing annual audit plans and train entity lead auditors.
• Produce annual KPI reports and act as GP15 process owner when required.
• Support entities in continuous improvement of industrial audit practices.
• Participate in entity management reviews, deliver IMS‑HSE trainings, and review root‑cause analyses for major incidents.
• Contribute to monthly HSE flash reports, run cluster‑level safety campaigns, and review mandatory procedures, IRC plans and emergency response plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial auditing and HSEQ management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead audit teams and manage corrective‑action processes.
• Experience training auditors and developing audit competencies.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating audit evidence and KPI reporting.
