About the role
MetLife Egypt is looking for a full‑time Direct Sales Agent to work in a hybrid setting from Markaz Sohag. You will be responsible for identifying new clients, understanding their insurance and financial needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with MetLife’s product portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present MetLife’s life, accident, health, retirement, and wealth‑management products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide high‑quality customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering a superior client experience.
- Knowledge of finance or experience explaining financial solutions.
- Proven sales expertise with persuasive negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable using digital tools and remote‑work technologies.
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
