About the role
The District Manager – Aesthetics will lead TOSKANI Egypt’s sales activities in the Giza region, overseeing a team of sales professionals and building strong relationships with dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, achieving key performance indicators, and expanding the company’s presence in the aesthetic market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed regional targets.
- Manage, coach, and motivate a high‑performing sales team.
- Maintain and grow relationships with dermatologists, clinics, and other aesthetic practitioners.
- Conduct market analysis, forecasting, and regular reporting to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure performance goals are achieved.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in aesthetic sales.
- Established network of dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners within the assigned territory.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
