District Manager – Derma Line (Cairo)

About the role

Veexia is seeking a full‑time District Manager for its Derma line in Cairo, based in Heliopolis. The role involves leading the sales team, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence within the assigned district.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve performance targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in the dermatology sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in the dermatology (Derma) field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science or a related discipline.
• Proven ability in sales strategy, market expansion and client relationship management.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or health‑related industries is a plus.
