About the role

Join RED, a data‑driven real estate company, as an entry‑level Sales Agent in New Cairo. You will work on‑site, engaging directly with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their property needs and guide them through the transaction process.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Sales and negotiation skills with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge or experience in insurance or real‑estate is a plus.
• Quick learner eager to participate in training programs.
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic on‑site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
