Facility Manager

About the role

The Facility Manager ensures efficient operation of equipment and machinery, overseeing maintenance activities to minimise downtime and maximise productivity while fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the maintenance team to execute routine and corrective M1 tasks and follow the AL maintenance strategy.
• Lead SOP writing and continuous improvement to optimise plant performance.
• Support FIT direction, Mode 3 initiatives and manage non‑standard operating modes and emergencies.
• Liaise with Sourcing and IM teams to schedule product loading/unloading using the Liquid Production Optimisation tool.
• Communicate trends and data across on‑site, cluster and expert teams to ensure compliance with group directives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or maintenance.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated teamwork, decision‑making autonomy and customer‑focused results orientation.

Required skills

• Technical competency in ASU operations and related processes.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance.
• Experience with Liquid Production Optimisation tools.
