Faculty Member – Management (Teaching & Research)

About the role

We are seeking a senior faculty member to lead teaching, research and management activities within our law faculty. The role combines undergraduate and postgraduate instruction, supervision of dissertations, and administrative leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 40% of workload through teaching, including designing and leading undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, both on‑site and online.
• Supervise undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students on dissertations, projects and practical work.
• Contribute 40% of workload to high‑impact research, publish in international journals, secure grant funding and engage in knowledge‑exchange activities.
• Lead 20% of workload in programme and project management, ensuring quality assurance and coordinating staff.
• Participate in curriculum development and external professional communities.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (law preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of academic experience, including teaching at national and international universities.
• Established research record with publications in peer‑reviewed journals and potential for future high‑quality outputs.
• Experience in securing research grants and leading academic programmes.

Required skills

• Design and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate curricula.
• Supervision of research students (undergraduate to doctoral level).
• Research methodology and scholarly publishing.
• Grant writing and project management.
• Effective oral and written communication of complex legal concepts.
