Field Trainer – Pharmaceutical Sales Coaching

About the role

INTEGRA is seeking a full‑time Field Trainer to coach and develop its pharmaceutical sales force. The role focuses on enhancing field performance, communication skills, and customer service through on‑site visits and office‑based training sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct coaching visits with sales representatives in the field.
• Evaluate and support the implementation of training programs to improve sales performance.
• Deliver office training courses and refresher sessions on selling and soft skills.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• At least 1 year experience as a field sales trainer or coach.
• Residency in Alexandria and ownership of a car.
• Proven ability to develop high‑performing teams and motivate others.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
