Finance Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial planning and analysis function for El Ezz Developments, a leading real‑estate development and contracting firm based in New Cairo. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure accurate budgeting, reporting and compliance while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with project, procurement and operations teams to align financial goals.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA or CPA a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial finance role, preferably in construction or real‑estate.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting and analysis.
• Proven leadership and strategic decision‑making abilities.
