Fleet Control Senior Associate

About the role

The Fleet Control Senior Associate works in a 24/7 control tower, monitoring live fleet data, validating safety violations, and taking immediate corrective actions. The role ensures compliance with Service Level Agreements and safety standards while supporting data‑driven improvements across the fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality service aligned with SLAs and KPIs, driving operational efficiency.
• Provide real‑time monitoring and customer service, managing incidents and safety violations in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Validate reported violations, determine legitimacy, and document findings.
• Communicate corrective actions to drivers in English and Arabic, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain accurate shift records of all incidents and violations.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety teams to identify operational risks and develop corrective action plans.
• Escalate high‑risk or repeat violations to senior leadership per escalation protocols.
• Analyze driver behavior using big‑data tools, identify trends, and present actionable insights.

Required profile

• 0–1 year experience in a call centre, shared services, or control‑tower environment.
• Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize under pressure, and maintain composure.
• Personal commitment to safety and risk mitigation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with multiple digital systems, dashboards, and fleet‑monitoring platforms.
• Exposure to telematics and service‑management platforms.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Basic reporting and analytical capabilities.
